• Electrical Refurbishment for Batch Plant #3 Outbuildings, Oyu Tolgoi mine site, 2021–2022 (Manpower: 16 electricians)
• Categorized Projects & Maintenance Services on Call (Electrical), Oyu Tolgoi mine site, 2017–2020 (Manpower: 16 electricians)
• Electrical Re-Installation of Various Site Facilities, Oyu Tolgoi mine site, 2017–2020 (Manpower: 12 electricians)
• Shaft #2 Surface Facilities Electrical & Instrumentation Construction, Oyu Tolgoi mine site, 2017–2020 (Manpower: 62 electricians)
• Supply and Installation of Worker’s Camps (Extensions to Manlai & Power Camps), Oyu Tolgoi mine site, 2022–2024 (Manpower: 40 electricians)
2. Human Resource and In-House Training
Our Human Resources Department actively recruits skilled electricians and mechanics from the labor market and supplements their qualifications through our internal safety-based electrical training programs.
Since 2020, our BBH Electrical Training Center has regularly conducted certified training programs for electricians, officially licensed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of Mongolia.
